Returns

We hope you have the best possible experience with Jacarandá and therefore we have created a simple and straightforward returns policy:

• if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund informing us within 15 days of receiving your order (by sending an email to help@jacarandaboutique.com) - the product in question must be in perfect condition, in the original box
• returns made from mainland Portugal do not incur any cost; in the case of returns made from the islands or abroad, you will only have to bear the cost of shipping to our atelier, in Coimbra

The process works as follows:

1. Send us an email to help@jacarandaboutique.com within 15 days of receiving your order - please include the order number and your bank details to receive the money back;
2. We send you a shipping label to print ;
3. After receiving the shipping label, you have 5 working days to send your clothing piece as you received it (in the original box, without stains or signs of use - and ideally with the wrapping paper to avoid accidents with liquids);
4. Paste the label on the original box and leave your order a collection point;
5. After receiving your order and verifying that it is in perfect condition, we will make the refund by bank transfer.
