Do you accept exchanges and returns?
Yes, you can always return your order if you don't like it or if it doesn't fit and get a full refund or another clothing piece. Check our complete returns policy here.
What payment methods are available?
In our online store you can pay by card, MB WAY, ATM reference and bank transfer.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders are delivered in just 2 working days, in mainland Portugal. Deliveries on the islands or abroad have variable deadlines: normally not more than 12 business days for the most distant destinations.
Are there shipping costs?
Deliveries in mainland Portugal are always free. On the islands and abroad, orders over €200 are also free of charge. In other cases there are shipping costs, depending on the destination, which you can consult after adding a piece to the cart.
Do you have a physical store?
Our atelier, in downtown Coimbra (Portugal), will start accepting visits by appointment at the end of November 2022. We are also present in multi-brand stores in Greater Lisbon and Coimbra, which you can consult here.
Do you resell?

When they say they do things sustainably, what does that mean?
We work exclusively with end-of-line fabrics (dead stock) and recycled fabrics - mostly Portuguese fabrics. That means that no fabric is produced from scratch for our pieces, reducing waste. Furthermore, all pieces are produced in Portugal, in dignified conditions and with high-quality standards, which unfortunately is far from being the norm in the fashion industry. Finally, we bet on an economic cycle of proximity, with local and national suppliers.
